Embroidery Workshop
Learn the basics of hand embroidery in this beginner-friendly workshop! Over the course of an hour, you'll get hands-on instruction in three foundational stitches—plus one-on-one guidance to make sure you actually leave feeling confident.
Each ticket includes your own embroidery hoop to take home, so you can keep practicing long after class ends.
Bring a piece of clothing you'd love to embroider; think a linen or cotton button-up, a canvas tote, a light denim jacket. Avoid anything too stretchy (knits and jersey fabrics can be tricky for beginners). We’ll start stitching on your garment together!
No experience necessary. Spots are limited to 8 students, so everyone gets the attention they need.
New Moon Dream Circle
A 90-minute meditative journey into the symbolic, somatic and emotional language of dreams. Drawing from the foundational work of Jung and Freud alongside contemporary dreamwork pioneers like Estes and Sangreal, this open-level circle offers a safe, sacred container for exploring day or night dreams.
Dreams are shared within a supportive group process, receiving clarifying questions and reflections from the circle and smaller groups offering insights, exploring symbolism and supporting self-discovery. Practices may include guided meditation, ritual elements and somatic awareness.
No dreamwork experience necessary. This is a confidential, non-judgmental space focused on increasing self-awareness, enhancing creativity, emotional healing and deepening connection with yourself and others.

Recalibrate
An evening bridging two ancient practices rooted in the body's innate capacity to heal - sound and acupuncture.
The evening opens with auricular acupuncture and ear seeds, gently encouraging qi to flow, while a guided felt sense meditation draws you into the body. From there, you'll drop into a live sound bath, where resonant instruments wash over and through you, inviting the nervous system into deep rest. Letting vibration do what words cannot.
Leave feeling lighter and more present in your body.
Ballet Beats Launch Class
Join us for our 1st official Ballet Beats class at the Muse! We will be launching this incredible program developed by Kalyn Swihart as part of our regular class offerings. Ballet Beats® is a proprietary syllabus and program which combines both Ballet and Fitness into a multi-level, inclusive fitness experience. The program and classes are challenging and provide amazing results but that is just the by-product, not the focus. We love to dance, we find meditation through movement and through the memorization of sequences. We rebel against the "ideal body" and strive to encourage and support each student to be their best self and their strongest self. We have fun, we smile, we laugh and we work really, really hard.
